Terms and Conditions
- Licence is valid for 4 meets.
- Hardware and Operator is required to use the software, and is not part of the prize.
- Entries are free of charge and close on Sunday 12th May 2024 at 23:00hrs AEST.
- Anybody may enter except for Mensard Pty Ltd employees, contractors and their family members.
- Maximum 1 entry per person (any duplicates will be deleted). Multiple members of an organisation may enter.
- Entries must be submitted online via the form above only.
- The winner will be chosen by random draw and notified by 17th May 2024.
- The winner’s name and swimming affiliation will be published on this website may be publicised elsewhere by Olly Timing.
- Reasonable efforts will me made to contact the winner via phone and email. In the event of the prize not being claimed within 1 month, it will be forfeited, and another draw held to determine a new winner.
- The prize is a single 4 meet software licence with 1 year validity. The retail value of the prize is AU$6,600. Cash cannot be taken in place of the the prize.
- Olly Timing may contact those who enter for market research or promotional purposes. Those contacted may opt out of future correspondence.
