100 frames per second video timing now available

High speed video capture is now twice as fast with the latest Olly Timing camera. Times can now be recorded to one hundredth of a second resolution, ensuring that results are recognized by all authorities.

Each video frame is visibly timestamped to 1 millisecond (0.001s) to ensure full and transparent results integrity. Times are truncated to 0.01s to comply with swimming rules.

Olly Timing software is currently being upgraded to use this lightning fast video. In the interim critical results can be validated manually by inspecting the start and finish frames of the race and calculating the time difference.

100fps video is currently available to our customers at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre by prior agreement.
