Olly Timing a finalist in the ANZ Sports Technology Awards 2024

Olly Timing was today announced as a finalist in the prestigious ANZ Sports Technology Awards 2024.

The ANZ Sports Technology Awards recognises and celebrates excellence in data, digital and technology across the Sports, Media, Entertainment, Health and Technology landscapes.

The judging panel considered Olly Timing against the criteria of:

  • Originality and the degree of innovation
  • User Benefits: What effect did the project have on its target market
  • Uptake/acceptance: How widely has the project been developed for and adopted by potential users/customers
  • Commercial Success: What commercial returns has the project generated

Olly Timing has been announced as a finalist in 2 categories:

  • Stadium & Venue Technology
  • Sports Analytics & Data

The 2024 Australia New Zealand Sports Tech Awards Finals are being held as part of the Australia Sports Innovation Week in Melbourne. The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony Wednesday 23rd October 2024.

Olly Timing Founder, Ben Ramsden, commented “Refreshingly simple swim meets powered by Olly Timing are starting to excite the swimming industry around the world. Last week our technology helped to run a meet with 64 fewer volunteers. We are honoured at this recognition from outside swimming.”
